Initial consultations are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with appropriate notice.

6. No Guarantee of Services

While we strive to connect clients with suitable lending partners, NextStep Financial Access does not guarantee loan approval, specific loan terms, interest rates, or funding amounts. Loan approval is subject to lender requirements, creditworthiness, and other factors beyond our control. We make no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any loan application.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose your information to third parties except as necessary to provide our services, as required by law, or as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the sharing of your information with lending partners for the purpose of evaluating and processing your loan application.

8. Intellectual Property
